Terms.

These terms are the agreement between you and Brandzy ("Brandzy," "we," "us"), the business operating Brandzy and planned to be registered in the Netherlands. By requesting access, joining the public beta, creating an account, connecting X, or using Brandzy, you agree to them. Read them — they're meant to be clear, not to trap you.

Who can use Brandzy

You need to be at least 16 years old, capable of entering into a binding agreement, and not prohibited from using Brandzy under the laws of your country. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.

Your account

Access is currently in public beta and may require approval. One account per person unless we agree otherwise. Keep your login credentials safe and don't share them. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account, including scans, lead decisions, notes, drafts, and any X actions you approve.

Connecting your X account

Brandzy connects to X via OAuth so it can read permitted X data, find public buying signals, score fit, draft review-first replies, and support user-approved publishing features. You never give us your X password. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings; disconnecting clears stored X tokens.

DM qualification is optional and requires the X DM read permission. If you enable it, Brandzy reviews recent DM events to classify buyer seriousness and stores summaries/signals, not raw DM text, in your Brandzy account.

Your use of X through Brandzy is also governed by X's own terms, developer policies, automation rules, and rate limits. If X limits, prices, suspends, or changes its API, some Brandzy features may be delayed, reduced, or unavailable.

Who owns what

• You own your content. Everything you type, connect, or approve through Brandzy stays yours — business context, leads, notes, drafts, Coach conversations, Pipeline data, and approved posts or messages.
• You grant us permission to use it. Only to run Brandzy for you: read, store, process, display, analyze, and generate output from your content inside your account. Nothing more.
• We own Brandzy. The code, design, product name, and logo are ours. These terms don't grant you any rights to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the product.
• AI output. Drafts Brandzy generates are yours to use as you see fit. Because they're based on your inputs and public information, we make no exclusivity guarantees — another customer could theoretically produce similar output from similar inputs.

What you may not do

• Use Brandzy to harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm other people.
• Use Brandzy outputs in a way that violates X's rules, any law, or anyone's rights.
• Scrape, resell, or rebrand the Brandzy product.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, plan caps, or our security controls.
• Use Brandzy for bulk spam, unsolicited automated DMs, or engagement manipulation.
• Use Brandzy on accounts you don't own or don't have permission to operate.
• Upload malware, secrets you do not have a right to use, or unlawful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate any of the above. Serious or repeated violations may be permanent.

Beta and paid plans

Brandzy is currently in public beta. Prices, features, included scan cadences, add-ons, and plan caps may evolve as the product matures. Paid subscriptions and add-ons are billed through Stripe at the rate shown on the pricing page or checkout page. Taxes are added where required by law.

If we change pricing for new customers, your active subscription keeps its rate through the end of the current billing period. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any renewal price change.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Monthly plans run to the end of the current billing period. For yearly plans, unused whole months are refunded pro rata if you cancel within 30 days of renewal; after that the remaining portion is not refundable. One-time add-ons, including Deep Discovery Packs, are non-refundable once used.

We may terminate accounts for violating these terms, for non-payment, or if required by law. In that case we'll let you export your data unless doing so would itself be unlawful.

Human-approved outreach

Brandzy researches, scores, recommends, and drafts. It does not replace your judgment. Review every lead, draft, reply, or post before using it. You are responsible for the X activity you approve and for complying with platform rules, anti-spam rules, and applicable law.

No guarantees of outcomes

Brandzy is a tool. It helps you see and act on buying signals in your audience's activity, but it can't guarantee followers, revenue, lead volume, or business results. Every message you choose to send is your call.

Disclaimers

Brandzy is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Brandzy will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation — always review before using it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandzy's total liability for any claim relating to these terms or the product is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For meaningful changes, we'll email active customers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. If you don't, cancel before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings somewhere else. If you're a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory local protections, those rights aren't affected by this clause.
